These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Supravex website, products, and services. By accessing this website or placing an order with Supravex, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use this website or purchase our products.

Company Overview & Scope

Supravex is a supplier of laboratory research chemicals and materials. Supravex does not operate as a pharmacy, compounding facility, outsourcing facility, or medical provider, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All products sold by Supravex are intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes only.

Research Use Only Disclaimer

All products offered by Supravex are designated For Research Use Only (RUO).

  • Products are not intended for human or veterinary use
  • Products are not FDA approved
  • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • Products must not be ingested, injected, applied, or otherwise used on humans or animals

Any use of Supravex products outside lawful laboratory research is strictly prohibited.

Eligibility & Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Supravex, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age
  • You are a qualified researcher, institution, laboratory, or purchasing on behalf of one
  • You possess the appropriate training, equipment, facilities, and safety protocols
  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
  • You accept all risks associated with handling, storage, use, and disposal of research chemicals

Supravex assumes no responsibility for improper or unlawful use.

Ordering, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Supravex reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing or listing errors
  • Suspend accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or policy violations

Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed or shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only. Supravex is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance.

All Sales Final / No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the specialized nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not permitted once an order has been placed and processed.

Limited review may be granted only for:

  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect items received

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved claims may result in replacement at Supravex’s sole discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Supravex.

Chargebacks filed for reasons including dissatisfaction, misuse, failure to read product descriptions, or violation of these Terms will be actively disputed.

Supravex reserves the right to:

  • Submit policy documentation to processors
  • Restrict or ban accounts associated with abusive disputes
  • Recover costs associated with fraudulent chargebacks where permitted by law

Product Handling & Assumption of Risk

All products are sold “as is” and “as available.”

The customer assumes all responsibility and liability for:

  • Proper handling
  • Storage
  • Preparation
  • Use
  • Disposal

Supravex makes no guarantees regarding experimental outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and branding—is the property of Supravex and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supravex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.

Supravex’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supravex, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
